Community Service is a critical component of development toward reaching your fullest potential. William Menniger says that there are six essential qualities that are the key to success: Sincerity, personal integrity, humility, courtesy, wisdom, charity.

The Cincinnati Service Center chapters believe that committing to the community makes us better and improves the reputation of the IRS at large.
